  1. Persons other than the owners are not allowed to collect or have access to animals without prior arrangement with us by the owners.  Visits are not encouraged, as they tend to unsettle the animals.
  2. Dogs and cats must have the appropriate standard vaccinations.  We do NOT accept animals unless accompanied by a current vaccination certificate.  Clients are reminded that annual boosters are currently necessary.  We recommend but do not insist on vaccination against Bordetella Infection (Kennel Cough), however such vaccinations must be carried out at least six weeks prior to entering the kennels or entry will be refused.  The Vaccine does not guarantee complete immunity but should reduce the severity of any possible infection. PLEASE DISCUSS THIS WITH YOUR VET.
  3. We are pleased to continue with courses of medication prescribed by a Veterinary Surgeon, for which service a small charge will be made.  If your animal becomes ill whilst in the kennels your Vet will be contacted.  Should your Vet be unavailable we reserve the right to contact our own Vet.  ANY VETERINARY FEE INCURRED WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
  4. Owners may provide food for animals with special dietary requirements without variation in boarding fees.  Alternatively, the kennels can arrange to supply such diets with prior notice at an extra cost.
  5. We provide hygienic, washable bedding. Feeding bowls are not required. Please note that we cannot store cat-carrying crates.
  6. For safety reasons, on arrival at the kennels all animals should be left in your car while reporting to reception.
  7. An emergency telephone number MUST be provided as required by current legislation.  This can be for a friend, relative, or neighbour who has agreed to be responsible for the animal. ,Mobile phone numbers must be backed up by alternative means of contact.
  8. Bookings can be made by telephone, but a non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of the date that a reservation is made, in order to confirm the booking.  If no deposit is received the booking is considered to be cancelled.  NO REMINDERS ARE SENT. The deposit is deducted from the final account, which is payable when the animal is collected. Cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date or failure to arrive requires the payment of the full boarding fees for one dog and/or cat.
  9. Charges are for each DAY that your pet is at our kennels.  This includes both the day of entry and of leaving and is not affected by the actual time of arrival or departure e.g. IN 5.30 pm Monday. OUT 9.30 am Tuesday is 2 days.
